As well as, we incorporated the application of stable isotope tracer methodology coupled with an OGTT that allowed us to determine the location of action (hepatic and/or peripheral) that was influenced by [lysine supplementation](http://repo.jd-mall.cn8048/blairrooke6858/6973588/-/issues/1).<br><br>I do know that I've not had a cold sore since taking these. That is THE ONE lysine product I use on a regular basis
